about

In anticipation of relocating from its site at 8501 Carnegie to its new home at 11400 Euclid, MOCA concluded its final season with a group exhibition of commissioned works that explored the literal and philosophical implications of moving. Featuring Brandon Juhasz, Ben Kinsley, and Corrie Slawson, "8501 - 11400" combined distinct artistic perspectives on MOCA’s past, present, and future with broader considerations of community, ritual, and change. "8501 - 11400" was curated by Megan Lykins Reich. This exhibition was generously underwritten by American Greetings, Miller Goler Faeges LLP, and Medical Mutual.
